The Rauch Group is currently in the midst of a transformation process that focuses on the strategic and market-oriented reorientation of its production and organizational structures. This is successful, as the company announced in a press release. In this context, Rauch announced on February 4, 2019, a major job cuts.

The result: "Following constructive negotiations and a high level of commitment from both sides, the works council and management agreed this week on a common concept for the socially responsible adaptation of capacities," the company now announces. "In the process, the number of full-time employees to be dismissed could be reduced to 32." This means that Rauch sees itself "ready for the future" at the beginning of the new fiscal year on 1 July 2019.
