The Interzum - world's leading trade fair for furniture production and interior design - has continued its success story. The four-day event, which ended last Friday, May 24, 2019, attracted a total of 74,000 visitors. Of these, around 55,000 visitors came from abroad, increasing the foreign share to 75%. They all gathered information from 1,805 exhibitors from 60 countries (2017: 1,732 exhibitors from 59 countries) on an exhibition area of ​​around 190,000 sqm.

Since 2015, the number of trade visitors has increased by more than 28%. In addition to the visitors from Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands and Great Britain were at the top of the European countries of origin. Significantly more visitors came from Asia (up 22%), especially from China (up 48%), Central and South America (up 24%), Eastern Europe (up 21%) and North America (up 7%).
