The German family business Ewald Schillig Brand and the Dutch sofa manufacturer Easysofa founded ES Brand GmbH. Under the new name, the premium brand Ewald Schillig Brand will be continued in the sense of the brand owner family Henning under the leadership of the managing director Lex van Verseveld.

The new company focuses on the strengths of the previous brand, as it says in a press release. Twelve specialists are to ensure this claim, including Philipp Henning and Thomas Deselaers for sales, and Thomas Lange as head of model development.

In January imm cologne 2019 ES Brand GmbH will be represented and present ten to twelve models. The model rights of the "Brand" brand are fully applicable to Ewald Schillig Brand GmbH & Co. KG and will be transferred to the new GmbH.
