At Aloys F. Dornbracht GmbH & Co. KG, the fourth generation has arrived in the company. With Konstantin and Alexander Dornbracht each take a son of Matthias and Andreas Dornbracht first responsibility in leading positions.

"We both had the great fortune of being able to experience a smooth transition from second to third generation. Our father started this process very responsibly at an early stage and familiarized ourselves with the company after having received the appropriate qualification. "Explains Andreas Dornbracht. And Matthias Dornbracht adds: "This experience has shown us that the transition from corporate responsibility is a process that takes several years. We are all the more pleased that the fourth generation already has an interest in active participation in the company. "

Konstantin Dornbracht completed his training as a Bachelor of Engineering in 2012 and then gained initial experience in responsible activities, i.a. as head of technology of a toolmaking company. He has been working at the headquarters of the family-owned company in Iserlohn since autumn 2017, first as head of electroplating and then as purchasing manager. He is currently responsible for the entire operations division since March 1st. His focus is on the holistic process control of the production area at the Iserlohn location.

Alexander Dornbracht, after completing his BSc in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Marketing in 2013, earned his MBA in International Marketing & Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego. After various positions in marketing, where he most recently achieved initial success as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, he joined the company in September 2018 as Vice President Marketing at the Dornbracht Americas office in Atlanta, USA. He will drive forward the digitization process in the Dornbracht Group and focus on performance marketing.

In addition to the actual areas of responsibility, both should increasingly acquire entrepreneurial skills and thus gradually expand their field of experience and sphere of influence.
