Wins Japanese dealer as a shareholder

The German kitchen furniture manufacturer Allmilmö has won the Japanese trading company Koizumi as a shareholder. The enterprise achieves by its subsidiary Koizumi Germany GmbH 46% of the German kitchen furniture manufacturer.
Koizumi has been a customer of Allmilmö for many years and wants to use this investment to further strengthen and expand its position in the Asian market with regard to equipping residential and hotel complexes in the upper price segment. The company employs more than 2,200 people and generates more than one billion euros annually.
The agreement will provide Allmilmö with a few hundred additional kitchens. In addition, at the beginning of September 2018, a first Allmilmö kitchen studio will open in the center of Tokyo. More studios in Asia are already in planning.
